- Sell homes FAST. At the Bare minimum. Like a real…. real estate agent…
- Step 1 — Talk to a Villager
- Step 2 — Just keep pressing B to speed up the convo and then press A
- Step 3 — Select any island, I like to put them all on the same island just to make things faster, and then just say 1 floor.
- Step 4 — Run. Run inside. Open every box (outside too if there are any), then click A all the way. When they the extreme makeover home edition slide show keep pressing B until you go back to Lottie. No, you do not need to take a photo.
- Lottie will give you 20,000 Poki and you just keep going. Very simple, very fast. and you catalog new items in this method. That’s how I got the luxury car for example.
You can get to 20,000 Poki per minute. This means you’ll hit ONE MILLION POKI within an hour. You can make your dream homes… or you can just sell them as fast as you can and then do renovations for them after so you get paid DOUBLE… you know which life is better.
Also if a villager runs up to you and asks for a home, that’s an extra 2,000 Poki. But that happens every 5–10 homes sold.
You can also sell to Amiibos… but they don’t offer anything besides the fact, you made a home for an NPC… whoo…
Now the other methods… take longer or make less Poki, so I wouldn’t recommend and I’ll explain the cons for using these methods
2. You can get villagers’ roommates. This takes longer than selling homes because people are all over the island, but also you lose out on cataloging unique furniture
- You just have to find a villager that already has a home, and ask them if they want a roommate, then go back to the beach and get a villager that does not have a home to move in.
- Then you just talk to the villager and say the home is ready (you do not even need to go into the home).
- And there’s your 20,000 Poki. This takes about 2–3 minutes to do, and you do not get the catalog items (at least from what I experienced), because this isn’t their individual home, but an add-on to the original owner’s home.
3. You can exchange Bells into Poki once a day. At the ATM behind Lottie you can exchange once a day… it's 30K Poki Max a day. If you have a lot of bells and time travel a lot… sure, but the first method is definitely faster.
4. You can Renovate … but not really… worth it? I mean you can for villagers I think that’s 20,000 Poki, but for buildings its not good money.
You just say which location to rennovate, and then say YE ITS DONE without doing anything.
5,000 Poki…. ye… I rather scam out villagers with the bare minimum. Per hour.
Now, what can you get cataloging? There’s a lot of awesome swag you can get from doing this approach fast. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the throne. But froggy chair, custom castle, luxury cards, there’s alot more when you sell each person a home. And you can rebuy from the nook shop after!
