Best Halloween Guide Animal Crossing New Horizons(Jack Czar Guide + Pumpkins)
Here are the most important things to be prepared for Animal Crossing New Horizon’s Latest Update for Halloween.

- Candy
You are only allowed 1 Candy to purchase a Day. If you are playing normal, buy 1 Candy Each Day to get 31 Candies. If your Time Travel I would recommend 10 Candies to make your life easier, but on Halloween your villager will give you 3 Free ones to start if you have none, and the Candy Spawn Rates are 2–3 per 5 Minutes.
There will be 2–3 Villagers at home, every 5 minutes you can ask them for more candy. So you can spend the whole Halloween just collecting Candy from your villagers home slowly without TT.
HOWEVER there is one AWESOME WAY to speed up the candy process (9 at once), and that’s getting Jack’s Clothing [#2]
2. Jack wants Lollipops
So you have to give Villagers Candies and there is a chance they will give you a Spooky DIY, Spooky Item, or Lollipop. If you get the Lollipop give it to Jack Immediately and he has a chance to give you a Wand Recipe, Jack’s Head, or Jack’s Robes [And DIY…Spooky Items… too… so it’s a grind]. If you get Jack’s Compete Clothing you can scare villagers to give you 1 Candy. You can only scare villagers once this way (I haven’t been able to scare them twice)… so ye Buying candy ahead of time helps
UPDATE — You can get Spooky DIYs before Halloween from villager interactions.
ALSO, I have no idea if he gives you anything different if you give him a lollipop or a regular candy.
FYI the RNG sucks… If you got all of Jacks Clothes (Head and Robes) and the Wand, just give the candy to the other villagers. Jack gives the same things as villagers, if you’re collecting it helps you get less Jack Clothes… I have like 4 sets…
NOTE: You can buy Some Spooky Items during October at the Seasonal area at Nook’s shop (at #4 Pumpkins). I added an image of every item you can get from Villagers/ Jack in a Display Room.
3. Pranks
If you don’t give a Villager Candy and you have candy in your inventory. They make you ugly… Well basically one of the Halloween makeup like Zombie or Witches, etc.
4. Pumpkins
Not much to say… You have to water them… they grow. They’re used for Spooky DIY for items, but you can already buy some throughout October at Nooks Store already built [UPDATE — Villagers will give you DIYs throughout October + Probably balloons + bottles | But IF you’re speed running you can just get everything on Halloween too]
I think Carriage was the only item Nook store wouldn’t have that I wanted (UPDATE — You can only buy 1 Item per Day (Then it’s sold out))… but its kinda weird since you will have all the Halloween House Decorations (Wall paper, Floor, Rugs, etc) and Prep ready…. and then its November in less than 24 hours.
Ps. Golden Watering Can = 3 Pumpkins
