I’m not sure if you need to purchase beforehand, but I had an account and it just popped in. I think it’s automatic. Sign up 1 month in advance just to be safe. They offer a free deluxe pizza, but you can swap the toppings if you do not like what they offer on the deluxe (I’m not an olives guy so I got pepperoni cups instead)
